离子交换技术在钨冶金中的应用与进展Applications and Developments of Ion Exchange Technology in Tungsten Metallurgy

摘要(Abstract):
离子交换法在钨冶金过程中的净化和转型发挥了重要作用,特别是强碱性阴离子交换工艺的开发。文章通过总结近年来钨冶炼离子交换技术的发展历程,从离子交换树脂性能、交换机理以及反应工程学等方面介绍了离子交换工艺在钨冶金过程中的研究进展,着重分析了高浓度离子交换技术相较于旧工艺所存在的优势与进步性,并探讨了离子交换工艺现存的问题与不足,认为研究高效树脂、新型工艺,推进离子交换理论和工艺革新是解决提高树脂对钨的选择性以及钠碱体系下钨冶炼废液中有害固体盐含量较高等问题的有效途径。
