N263-异辛醇-磺化煤油萃取碱浸出液中钨钼的研究Extraction of Tungsten and Molybdenum from Alkali Leaching Solution by N263-Isooctanol-Sulfonated Kerosene

摘要(Abstract):
提出N263-异辛醇-磺化煤油体系从某白钨矿碳酸钠高压浸出液中萃取钨钼的新方法,探究了有机相组成、相比、混合时间等因素对钨钼萃取的影响,考察了反萃剂浓度和氨水加入量的影响,并进行了多级逆流萃取-洗涤-反萃试验。结果表明,采用50%N263+20%异辛醇+30%磺化煤油体系能有效萃取钨钼,并分离磷、硅等杂质。通过6级逆流萃取—4级洗涤—10级反萃,钨钼萃取率均可达到90%以上,所产生的反萃液除钼外其他杂质均符合制取零级仲钨酸铵的要求。
